Next, place one half cup of ginger ale into the glass. Take a leaf or two of fresh mint and set them on top of the other ingredients. Stir the mixture well so that the ice chips and floats throughout the drink, but don't go overboard or the drink will lose its fizz. Serve with or without a straw, but make sure you hold the drink by the rim of the glass to slow down melting because it's best served cold.

Frozen Hot Chocolate Recipe

Hot chocolate tastes just as good, if not better, when it's not hot at all. In a saucepan, mix together a half cup of unsweetened coca mix and ¾ cup of sugar. Create a paste by very slowly adding a quarter cup of milk to the cocoa/sugar blend and stirring. Add two cups of milk over low heat until all of the ingredients are blended well, and then pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. While you're at it, place some glasses in the freezer so they'll be nice and frosty tomorrow. Once the ice cubes are ready, place them into a blender along with two tablespoons of low-fat milk, and blend the ingredients. Pour the mix into the frozen glasses and serve immediately.

Strawberry smoothie

The classic smoothie is a staple summertime drink, and some of these drinks are as quick and easy to put together as they are refreshing. For the perfect thirty-second smoothie, take a healthy scoop of nonfat yogurt and a cup of orange juice, and place them together in a blender. Add two or three ice cubes to the mixture, and blend the ingredients together until they're frothy. Double the ingredients to share this smoothie with a friend; just don't tell your friend how easy it was to make!

Mockarita Recipe

A mock margarita, or a "mockarita", has most of the same ingredients as a margarita - just skip the alcohol! For a perfect non-alcoholic frozen drink recipe, place six ounces of limeade concentrate into a blender along with a half cup of orange juice, and 2/3 cup of unsweetened grapefruit juice. Begin blending them together slowly, gradually adding about four cups of crushed ice to the mixture. The drink should have a slushy consistency by the time you're finished. Serve in a margarita glass. For the classic treatment, rub the rim of your glass with a lemon or lime wedge, and dip the rim into coarse salt or sugar granules. This drink is a real showstopper.

Huckleberry Orange Iced Milk Recipe

Begin the Huckleberry by heating up 2 ½ cups of sugar and a cup of orange juice over medium-high heat in a saucepan, stirring frequently so that the ingredients blend. Bring this to a boil, and then remove from the heat. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator. When it is cool, combine this mixture with two cups of huckleberries and three cups of milk, and freeze them together in a baking dish or on a deep cookie sheet. Chunk the final product, place it in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled. Some people prefer to re-freeze the mixture a third time after blending, and then blend it again for an even frothier, richer and smoother drink.
