Adonis

One of the classic sherry cocktails, although perhaps not as well known, the Adonis a simple two-ingredient cocktail using fino sherry and an ingredient you already know: sweet vermouth. Sweet yet herbaceous, it's wonderfully balanced.

  2. In a mixing glass, add ice, sweet vermouth, and sherry.
