  • 2 cups boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1½ cups vanilla vodka
  • 32 small (2-ounce) molds, such as a plastic or paper ramekins

Instructions

  1. In a large heat-safe mixing bowl, stir together boiling water and gelatin.
  2. Stir until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold water and vodka.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Carefully pour into the ramekins.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, approximately 4-6 hours.

  • 2 ounces cold water
  • 6 ounces Irish whiskey
  • 1½ ounces cinnamon whiskey
  • 16 small (2-ounce) molds

Instructions

  1. In a large heat-safe mixing bowl, stir together boiling water and gelatin.
  2. Stir for approximately two minutes or until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold water, Irish whiskey, and cinnamon whiskey.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Carefully pour into 2-ounce cups.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, approximately 4-6 hours.

Ingredients

  • 2 (3-ounce) packages clear gelatin, divided
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ¾ cups whiskey
  • ¾ cups Irish cream
  • 6-10 drops green food coloring
  • 30 small (2-ounce) molds

Instructions

  1. Use a large, heat-safe mixing bowl.
  2. In the bowl, stir together 1 cup of boiling water and 1 packet of clear gelatin until the gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of cold water, whiskey, and green food coloring. Add more food coloring if needed.
  4. Pour into 2-ounce molds, filling just less than halfway, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set.
  5. Clean the bowl to reuse.
  6. In the bowl, stir together 1 cup of boiling water and 1 packet of clear gelatin until the gelatin is dissolved.
  7. Then stir in 1 cup of cold water and the Irish cream.
  8. Pour over the first layer in the gelatin molds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until fully set.
